The trilogy emphasizes on the unsaid parts of Forough’s life , Using her unpublished
pictures and voices . And gives some new information about her political activities ,
her arrest , her acquaintance and relationship with Ebrahim Golestan , her performing activities and so on . for the first time , we can watch such films in which she is
in her house ; with Ebrahim Golestan ; in interview with bernardo bertolucci ; and as an
actress in movies .
“ The Mirror of the Soul” was first edited 66 minutes , And “The Green Cold” in
71 minutes ; So that the final version could be prepared in 60 minutes, after some
Private shows .
Due to some technical and financial problems , editing of “The Green Cold” was
done in 8 steps , with intervals , by 4 operators .
Shown in festivals , museums , Tv channels & educational and cultural centers
in several cities in Iran , America , England , Canada, Sweden , India , South Korea
The Netherlands , Brazil & … .
For showing in Iran , “The Green Cold” and “Summit of the Wave” have just got the
Permission in videos , going under some censors and adjustments in some parts.
But “ The Mirror of the Soul” is still forbidden, even for private showing .
